Cancellation & Refund Policy

At JGS Organic Petals, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Each of our products is handcrafted with care, and we ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@jgsorganicpetals.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.

Refunds

• Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.

• Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as proof.

• After verification, a full refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

• Dissatisfaction with fragrance, texture, or personal results (as these vary by skin type).

• Orders made under special discount or sale offers.

Barter & Influencer Collaborations

• For influencer collaborations or barter-based product exchanges, refunds are not applicable once products are shipped.
